Gabacho is a slang term for a foreigner in spanish. The name was derived on a late night after having a few drinks and discovering we had a bag of Habanero Peppers in the fridge. We all dared each other to a battle of who could eat a whole habanero without any water, milk or ice. You had to sit there for 5 minutes and show of your Machismo. So in the true form of a few Gabacho's getting Macho, we named the hot sauce "Macho Gabacho".
Some of our sauce is perfectly mild for anyone who loves hot sauce but can't handle the fire and brimstone, while our other sauces requires you to muster up your inner Macho Gabacho and prepare your corn hole for battle. Anyway you choose to get Macho, its all delicious, fresh and organically made.
My name is Danny Casler. I am a foodie from Hawaii, transplanted to Southern California who loves explosive flavors and hot sauce. I have combined flavors I have discovered on my worldly travels and combined them in my sauces to share an eclectic mix of tones to please your palate.
This is a fun hobby for me. I am NOT trying to sell a million bottles of watered down garbage to people who just want to smother their food with runny liquid.
